"MISSION STATEMENT"
Fife Coaching Academy is a program based on the coaching philosophy of "striving for the Best". Past and present coaching participants have many reasons to be proud of the Coaching tradition known as "Player Pathway." We feel that "tradition dictates a standard of excellence" and Fife Coaching Academy participants will feel the need to rise above the crowd to uphold our tradition of being true Individuals for others.
Our Academies mission is very simple:
"STRIVE FOR THE BEST IN EVERYTHING WE DO!"
Our goal is to produce championship calibre young individuals that understand that winning has more to do with taking care of "What's Important Now" in everything they do in life more than it has to do with who scored more points at the end of the match/event. Ultimately, we want our young children to be better people when they leave the Coaching Academy program than when they arrived.
We have two value-based, core objectives. When achieved, they will ensure success in all facets of life:
Develop Leadership through Character
All successful people demonstrate certain character traits. Integrity, honesty, self discipline, dependability, promptness, loyalty, perseverance, and accountability are just a few of the traits we will encounter as Fife Coaching Academy participants.
Develop the concept that we are true "INDIVIDUALS FOR OTHERS"
Keep in mind that we were not put on this earth to amuse ourselves or simply enjoy the fruits of the labours of others. We shall endeavour to be of service to our fellow man and leave the world a better place than we found it.
Fife Coaching Academy has but one ultimate expectation:
