IMPORTANT NOTICE FROM DIRECTOR.

We are a football development association and therefore we are here to help children learn ball skills, technique and teamwork -

NOT to win games, trophies and medals. Please ensure that all coaches and parents are aware of this ethos.

The guidelines at this level are in place to allow the players to play without pressure and to allow flexibility within the game.

The guidelines must be adhered to, as they are in place to give the players an insight in to the rules of the game.

We should not lose sight of the fact that the children in all age groups are very young and need guidance.

It is our job as coaches and parents to supply this guidance.

This is especially important at the younger age levels where we have the chance to instill a lot of good habits into their game.

We must take this chance to develop our players further rather than shouting and screaming at the sidelines, which certainly DOES NOT encourage good habits.

The behaviour of both parents and coaches is of the upmost importance, remember the children are always watching.

 The children's development is in our own hands, let's develop them properly.
